Due to the virtual character of the delivery of our products and services, and that they are transferred to the customer as PIN numbers and/or Usernames and Passwords, they entail an immediate monetary value. For that reason, we must be specially careful to grant any type of reimbursement or refund.

In the case that the client cannot use the product/service purchased at Satelcall.com, or finds any problem with the product, we recommend to go through the following steps:

If there was any problem in the delivery of the Username and Password needed to make use of our service, for any reason, please email us with the four digit number of the transaction (Merchant's Reference Number) and we will do the necessary follow-up to detect any malfunction and give the appropriate solution. We will send the intended Username and Password or alternative ones.
It takes some minutes to activate each username and password, once the transaction has been approved by our credit card processor and by your bank. Satelcall.com, will be able to reimburse in full the transaction, if the customer communicates by email his/her wish to be refunded, before Satelcall has sent the activation confirmation to the customer. This is due to the fact, that it is difficult and time consuming to reconfigure the phone card to be reused with a different User/Pass combination.
Once your account (by enrollment or phone card) has been activated it is at the sole discretion of Satelcall's management to give any refund or compensation.
